About the role#
SeamonWhiteside is hiring two Civil Engineering Interns for our Charlotte, North Carolina office for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Support the design of stormwater management, grading, drainage, roadways, and utility systems.
- Prepare engineering plans and address project redlines and revisions.
- Assist with permit and submittal packages for agencies and clients.
- Participate in site visits with the Construction Administration team.
- Attend project meetings and collaborate with project managers and engineering staff.
- Support other project-related tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your sophomore year by Summer 2027.
- You must have a declared major in Civil Engineering or a related field.
