About the role#
This internship with Jarislowsky Fraser, a division of Scotiabank, offers an opportunity to work within the Operational Projects Team. The role focuses on the operational side of the investment business, involving project documentation, process definition, and team collaboration. This is a paid, full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the success of the Operations department by executing team objectives and business strategies.
- Perform data analysis and maintain project documentation.
- Communicate with business and project teams to define and document processes.
- Update project plans and prepare meeting minutes.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, governing regulations, and risk management standards.
- Foster a customer-focused culture and support an inclusive work environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Operations Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French to support collaboration with teams in Toronto and local clients.
- Previous experience with CRM, APX, or Bloomberg is considered an asset.
