About the role#
The Co-op Analyst Program introduces undergraduate students to the investment banking industry, covering debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory work, and business development. Analysts work across multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously, supporting senior team members in a demanding environment that may require extended hours and weekend work to meet deadlines.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including the development of financial models and marketing materials.
- Support client pitch and project execution efforts.
- Conduct financial and written analysis of companies and industries, including valuation models, pro-forma financial statements, and comparable company analysis.
- Source data required to perform financial analysis.
- Draft prospectuses and marketing presentations for transactions.
- Prepare client presentations and apply capital markets knowledge to assist clients in achieving financial objectives.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics, or Math discipline.
- Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high professional standards.
- A clearly defined interest in Investment Banking.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to adapt to new situations.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January – April 2027).
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
