    About the role#

    The Learn to Work (LTW) internship program at Bronx Arena High School helps students build professional skills and explore career paths within a safe learning environment. The program assesses individual student interests and skills to identify potential work areas and connects participants with local businesses to create job opportunities.

    What you'll do#

    Participants engage in comprehensive job-readiness workshops. Topics covered include:

    • Appropriate work behavior
    • Interviewing skills
    • Money management
    • Resume creation

    What you'll need#

    • Must be between 15 and 21 years of age.
    • Must be a student attending an eligible high school.
    • Must be able to work no more than 15 hours per week.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Full-time.
    • Term: Rolling.
    • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
