About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer position based in various locations across Saskatchewan. You will work 35 or 37.33 hours per week from May to August 2027. This role falls under the scope of Unifor Local 649 and IBEW Local 2067. Candidates may be asked to participate in an assessment process, which could include interviews, tests, case studies, or presentations.
What you'll do#
- Provide front-line service to the public and customers regarding corporate rates, policies, and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and outage notifications by investigating and directing them to the right resources.
- Manage financial tasks such as receiving payments, issuing refunds, preparing invoices, and collecting payments.
- Use questioning techniques to determine customer needs.
- Prepare, receive, and distribute internal and external communications.
- Maintain departmental files and records.
- Assist with training development and perform general accounting functions.
- Recommend process improvements and participate in professional development.
What you'll need#
- You must be enrolled in a post-secondary educational facility.
- You are required to attach a copy of your most recent transcript to your application.
