About the role#
Discovery Co-operative is hiring a Part-Time Student Gas Bar Attendant I for our Battleford Square Gas Bar. This role is for students currently attending high school.
What you'll do#
- Provide pump island assistance to customers.
- Handle cashiering duties and provide service to guests.
- Manage opening, closing, and daily cash-ups.
- Assist with ordering and receiving for the confectionary and cigarette inventory.
- Perform daily reconciliations and maintain inventory standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager.
What you'll need#
- You must be under age 18 and actively attending high school.
- If you are 14 or 15 years old, you must have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- You are honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- You value building relationships and collaborating with others.
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
