About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to the Sanofi Commercial team. You will work alongside biopharmaceutical leaders on projects that impact patients globally. This program serves as a pipeline for the Commercial Graduate Program, which provides three years of immersive rotations across business units. You will join one of several focus areas, including Vaccine Commercial Strategy, Market Access & Pricing, Public Health & Government Affairs, or Medical Affairs.
What you'll do#
- Lead or support the development of brand strategy, including customer segmentation and brand messaging.
- Develop creative campaigns and conduct market research or competitive intelligence projects.
- Support analytical projects for promoted brands, new product launches, and business development.
- Assess big data capabilities and their relevance to specific disease areas.
- Assist with Global Pricing & Reimbursement activities, including business case evaluations for launch products.
- Conduct commercial assessments for business development or M&A opportunities.
- Complete disease overviews for internal R&D compound candidates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program, with your first year of study completed before Summer 2027.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the internship.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to the office location and work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present cohesive insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership experience on or off campus.
- A desire to serve patients and a high ambition for career growth.
