- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on structures.

- Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Familiarity with engineering analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry is helpful but not required.
