About the role#
The Global Education Office is looking for an experienced student to join our team as a Senior Student Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our office suite. A primary focus of this position is recruiting current and future students for study abroad programs. You will also provide guidance to students navigating the application process for these programs.
What you'll do#
- Welcome guests who visit the Global Education Suite.
- Recruit students for Saint Mary's College Study Abroad Programs.
- Help students understand and complete the study abroad application process.
- Design and market office events using advanced software skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Saint Mary's College as a Junior or Senior.
- Previous experience studying abroad, ideally for a full semester.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A motivated and self-starting attitude.

- This is an on-site position in Notre Dame, Indiana.
- The role is part-time with rolling availability.
