About the role#
This position is open to currently enrolled Saint Mary's College students. You will work as an event crew member, supporting various music-based events such as concerts and recitals. This role requires you to complete training before you can staff any events.
What you'll do#
You will manage the physical logistics for events on campus. This includes setting up and tearing down audio, video, musical, and lighting equipment.
What you'll need#
You must be available to work evenings and weekends. You will also need to complete the required training sessions before you begin your duties. This role is a good fit for students studying Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Art, or Logistics.

This role is located in Notre Dame, Indiana. It is an on-site, paid position starting in the Fall 2026 term.
