This student worker position supports the Office of Alumnae Relations at Saint Mary's College. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, event preparation, and digital communications support. This position is open to Saint Mary's students only.
What you'll do#
- Perform general office duties including typing, computer inquiries, filing, and telephoning alumnae.
- Manage digital updates, including website maintenance and updating registrant lists weekly.
- Assist with event logistics by copying and scanning registrations, filing documents, and assembling name tags and packets.
- Support reunion preparations, such as gathering items from storage, running campus errands, and assisting with mailings.
- Provide support for email and social media tasks.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and keyboarding.
- Experience and basic skills in web design and Canva.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clerical and office tasks with flexibility.
- Currently enrolled as a student at Saint Mary's College.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Media Studies, or Computer Science.
Location & details#
- Location: Notre Dame, Indiana.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: August 2026 through May 2027.
- Schedule: 6-8 hours weekly, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
