About the role#
This co-op position supports the Program Performance Management organization. You will monitor and analyze data related to program cost, schedule, resources, and performance. This role offers practical experience in program controls, earned value management, schedule analysis, financial forecasting, and data analytics. You will work alongside Program Managers, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify performance trends and support decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation of monthly Performance Management Reviews and associated data.
- Support Earned Value Management Systems activities.
- Help with schedule analysis and data entry in Microsoft Project Server.
- Support manpower planning by comparing planned staffing requirements against actuals.
- Assist with data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks.
- Participate in meetings to learn about program execution and performance management.
- Complete ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- U.S. citizenship is required. You may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
