About the role#
We are looking for an OpenTable Profile Management Intern to join our team at the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants home office. You will report to the Senior Director of Training and work closely with our training team to support field operations. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Audit all guest profiles across the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants group to ensure accuracy.
- Remove reservation-specific notes, courtesy call notes, duplicate entries, and inapplicable allergies.
- Consolidate notes for Executive, Director, and Club 93 member profiles to the National account level.
- Manage and consolidate tags by removing duplicates, outdated labels, and invalid warning tags.
- Verify all chit printer settings to ensure group notes are excluded.
What you'll need#
- Experience in profile management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a focus on detail.
- Communication skills to work effectively within the training team.
