About the role#
RoviSys hires Engineering Co-ops for the Summer 2027 term. You will work in a team environment alongside engineers, designers, and clients to provide automation and information solutions. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Portage, Michigan. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills under the guidance of experienced engineers and developers.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop automation and electrical control systems.
- Architect technical solutions using tools ranging from databases and AI to user interfaces.
- Develop quality code that meets established standards.
- Travel to customer sites to participate in planning meetings, commissioning, and testing.
- Work with project teams to define needs and implement solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program for Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Full-time student status with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A focus on problem solving and developing technical solutions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $24 to $25 per hour.
- Travel: Includes travel incentives and per-diem packages for field assignments.
