About the role#
RoviSys is hiring an Engineering Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work alongside experienced engineers and developers on automation and information technology projects.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop automation and electrical control systems.
- Create solutions using a range of technologies, including databases, AI, and user interface tools.
- Write quality code that follows established project standards.
- Travel to customer sites to attend planning meetings and assist with commissioning and testing.
- Collaborate with team members, partners, and clients to solve technical challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Full-time student status with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- A focus on problem solving and developing technical solutions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Compensation: Hourly rate of $24 to $25 per hour, plus travel incentives and per-diem packages for field assignments.
