About the role#
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is hiring a Marketing and Promotions Intern to support our team during the Florida State League seasons. This position runs from March 29, 2027, through mid-September 2027. You will report directly to the Marketing and Promotions Manager and assist with a variety of game-day and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Act as the In-Game Host for Florida State League games.
- Lead in-game promotions and coordinate on-field activities.
- Create game scripts, PA reads, and manage the PA book.
- Produce visual content for the stadium video board.
- Execute promotional and sponsorship elements during games.
- Assist with the weekly email newsletter, including writing and graphic design.
- Help the Sales team with proof of performance and sponsorship fulfillment.
- Schedule national anthem singers and attend community events.
- Support social media projects and general graphic design needs.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Creative software.
- Ability to speak on a microphone in front of a large crowd.
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to multi-task, think critically, and solve problems on the fly.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to commute or relocate if you live outside of Palm Beach County.
- Must pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications.
