About the role#
As a Customer Information Center Intern, you will join our call center team to gain hands-on experience in retail banking. This full-time, paid summer internship is designed for students who want to build professional skills while helping customers reach their financial goals. You will work directly with our team to solve problems, build relationships, and navigate customer inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Answer customer questions regarding banking products, services, online banking, loans, and checking accounts.
- Provide friendly and solution-focused service while identifying customer needs.
- Build confidence in managing customer conversations and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to support business needs.
- Take part in community outreach and volunteer activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative summer project alongside other interns and present your work to leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in banking, finance, or customer experience.
- You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and can navigate multiple computer systems at the same time.
- You bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- You have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Locations: Brockton, Franklin, Lowell, or Plymouth, Massachusetts.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
