About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in either Real Estate Development or Property Management. You will work with the Strategic Initiatives Team on commercial development projects or support daily operations for downtown Cleveland properties. You will gain exposure to the commercial real estate development lifecycle while helping to provide a positive experience for tenants, residents, and visitors.

- Support the day-to-day operations of properties in downtown Cleveland.
- Learn how to deliver an exceptional experience for tenants, residents, and visitors.
- Gain exposure to the full commercial real estate development lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- You are entering your junior year or higher in the fall of 2027.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform tasks using established procedures and solve problems at a basic level.
- Previous internship or work experience is beneficial.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The role is fully on-site, Monday through Friday.
- The program runs during the summer of 2027.
