Operations Development Intern Fall 2026

About the role#

As an Operations Development Intern, you will support Lab Management and Supply Chain functions at our Toronto site. You will work closely with mentors and supervisors to apply industry concepts to real-world challenges, helping to ensure that tools, equipment, and systems remain in a calibrated and functional state.

What you'll do#

• Develop and document processes and systems to maintain operational functionality.
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of inventory management tools.
• Assist with cycle counting, parts kitting, and quarantine management for production activities and new product rollouts.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results on development projects.
• Participate in regular progress updates and professional development opportunities.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master's, or doctorate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least 3 months of corporate function experience in business operations, data analysis, facilities, or inventory management.
• Ability to lead development projects independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in small, high-performing teams.

• Compensation: 52,000 CAD salary, with potential eligibility for a relocation stipend.
