What you'll do#

- Participate in required continuing education programs.
What you'll need#
- Experience in anesthesia care for experienced candidates.
- Current SRNAs are eligible for CLASP loan repayment assistance.
- Ability to self-schedule shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making ability.
- Ability to perform medium work, including frequent walking, standing, or squatting, and the ability to move objects weighing 20 to 50 pounds.

- Compensation: $300,000 to $375,000 base pay range, with additional incentives available for experienced providers or CLASP participation for SRNAs.
