About the role#

Rochester Regional Health offers opportunities for CRNAs at every stage of their career, ranging from new graduates to experienced providers. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and a team-oriented culture across multiple hospital settings, including Rochester General Hospital and Unity Hospital. Eligible SRNAs may participate in the CLASP program for student loan repayment assistance.

What you'll do#

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse hospital settings.
• Collaborate effectively with physician partners.
• Practice at the top of your license within a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in required continuing education to maintain clinical standards.
• Manage self-scheduled shifts to support work-life balance.

What you'll need#

• Experience in anesthesia care for experienced applicants.
• Current SRNAs are eligible for the CLASP loan repayment assistance program.
• Strong clinical decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
• Ability to perform medium work, including frequent walking, standing, or squatting, and moving objects between 20 and 50 pounds.

• Location: Rochester, New York.
• Modality: On-site.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Base Pay Range: $300,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year.
• Incentives: Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan forgiveness options are available for eligible candidates (note: CLASP participation is in lieu of these specific incentives).
