About the role#

This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship designed to provide a comprehensive overview of IT operations within the casino and hospitality industry. The program is structured into three phases, moving from foundational IT support and shadowing to property-specific knowledge and independent project management.

What you'll do#

• Provide first-level Helpdesk support and learn to use enterprise ticketing systems.
• Shadow IT specialists and engineers to understand daily casino IT functions.
• Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and hardware naming conventions.
• Review, test, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead a project focused on simplifying the end-user experience for reporting hardware issues.
• Develop professional phone support etiquette.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must be within 12 months of completing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
