About the role#
RH2 offers a paid internship for students pursuing a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering. This position focuses on consulting engineering for utility and infrastructure projects serving municipal clients. You will work on-site in East Wenatchee during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
You will support the planning, design, and construction administration of municipal drinking water and wastewater facilities. Your work covers projects such as water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and treatment plants. You will also receive training in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year Engineering program at an ABET accredited school.
- Junior status or higher in your academic program.
- An interest in applying engineering knowledge to Water, Wastewater, Irrigation, Electrical, or Transportation projects.
- Basic knowledge or experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is helpful but not required.

- Location: East Wenatchee, Washington.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: Starts at $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and year in school.
- Schedule: Full-time.
