About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students interested in consulting engineering. You will focus on utility and infrastructure projects for municipal clients. The position provides hands-on experience working on real projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, design, and construction administration of municipal drinking water and wastewater facilities.
- Work on infrastructure such as water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and treatment plants.
- Train in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering program at an ABET accredited school.
- Junior status or higher in your academic program.
- Interest in applying engineering knowledge to water, wastewater, irrigation, electrical, or transportation projects.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D is helpful but not required.

- Compensation: Starts at $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and year in school.
