About the role#
Relling is a startup focused on high-fidelity automation to address the manufacturing labor shortage. We are looking for a Growth and Content Lead Intern to manage our day-to-day social media presence. You will work directly with our engineering team to translate complex robotic movements into engaging visual stories. This role requires a self-starter who can own the content process from ideation to publication.
What you'll do#
- Manage growth and content across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot short-form video content directly on the factory floor.
- Design graphic assets and write captions for social posts.
- Launch and maintain recurring content series.
- Collaborate with engineers to turn robotic movements and technical milestones into visual narratives.
- Execute a full content calendar and run structured experiments to analyze performance.
- Build and implement a content growth playbook.
- Jump on trends and adapt content for different platforms.
What you'll need#
- A killer portfolio is required for consideration.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- A strong instinct for tone, voice, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to turn rough ideas into multi-format social campaigns.
- Generalist capability to pivot between video production and graphic design.
- Self-driving ideation and the ability to execute independently.
- Preferred experience includes Figma, social media scheduling/analytics tools, and podcast creation.
- A passion for robotics and advanced technology is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.
