About the role#
Relay is looking for motivated final year undergraduate students to join our Sales team for a paid internship during Summer 2027. You will support our sales operations through account research, lead generation, and data analysis. This role provides hands-on experience in prospecting, CRM management, and startup innovation. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles after graduation, depending on business needs.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on potential clients and existing accounts to support the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify and qualify leads through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Track performance metrics by analyzing sales and marketing data.
- Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems and databases.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Participate in agile workflows and startup innovation activities.
- Use data enhancement tools to enrich customer profiles.
What you'll need#
- Final year undergraduate status in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail for data entry and analysis tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
