About the role#
This internship provides exposure to commercial real estate through training in financial services, capital markets, and property operations. You will spend approximately 9 weeks working from our Jacksonville office. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of capital allocation, including financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence.
- Evaluate how predictive analytics and machine learning can gather data for financial and operational reporting.
- Support Investor Relations and Corporate Responsibility teams with data collection and analysis.
- Assist with leasing activities, including meeting prospects and building tenant relationships.
- Shadow property managers to learn day-to-day operations and management styles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Finance, or a related degree program with completed relevant coursework.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use AI tools for productivity.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a standard Monday through Friday shift, 8 hours per day.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Rising seniors graduating in 2028 are strongly preferred.
