About the role#
The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Internship Program provides hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment. You will work on real business priorities across areas such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse Materials Management. This is a full-time, paid summer position running from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes through project-based assignments.
- Develop analytical and problem-solving skills to support business decisions.
- Learn how supply chain choices impact customers, operations, and performance.
- Present your work to peers and senior Supply Chain leaders.
- Receive mentorship from program leaders and build professional connections across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You have completed at least two years of full-time academic study.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You have the ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems, and create reports.
- You are eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite at least 3 days per week, Monday through Thursday).
- Locations: Milwaukee, WI; Rosemont, IL; Marengo, IL; Arlington, TX; East Aurora, NY; Simi Valley, CA.
- Compensation: $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, location, and education.
