About the role#
The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Internship Program provides hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment. You will build technical expertise while contributing to business priorities in areas such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse Materials Management. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on project-based assignments to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Learn how supply chain decisions impact customers, operations, and business performance.
- Use data to extract insights from business systems and create reports.
- Present your work to peers and senior Supply Chain leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and receive mentorship from program leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completed at least two years of full-time academic study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work with data to support business recommendations.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Milwaukee, WI; Marengo, IL; Rosemont, IL; East Aurora, NY; Simi Valley, CA; Arlington, TX.
- Program Dates: June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work onsite at your designated location at least 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
- Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, depending on location, experience, and education.
