About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in IT and digital specialties, including AI, data science, ERP applications, infrastructure, and DevOps. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our digital infrastructure and security. The program runs from June 2, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered applications, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.
- Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and analytics to support project governance and decision-making.
- Support process improvement, workflow automation, and portfolio management initiatives.
- Maintain consistent and secure network connectivity for on-premise and cloud applications.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Grafton, Wisconsin and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Model: Hybrid. You will work onsite at your designated location at least 3 days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Compensation: Paid internship with an hourly rate between $21.50 and $30.00.
