About the role#
The Engineering Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience across various engineering disciplines. You will work with experienced engineers and business leaders to solve real-world challenges in a manufacturing environment. This is a project-based role where you will contribute to specific assignments and present your achievements to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
- Extract and analyze data to drive engineering decisions.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
- Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization, from management to production personnel.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 - August 13, 2027).

- Compensation: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour.
