About the role#
This is a full-time, project-based Engineering Summer Internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at a designated Regal Rexnord facility, collaborating with experienced engineers and business leaders to solve real-world challenges. The program runs for approximately 11 weeks, from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
- Extract and analyze data to drive engineering decisions.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
- Present your project learnings and achievements to leadership at the conclusion of your internship.
- Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel.
- Prior internship or work experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
