About the role#
The Digital Team is hiring an intern for Summer 2027 to support marketing operations, automation, and digital transformation. You will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and work on projects that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and personalization. This full-time position runs from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing automation initiatives, including campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
- Analyze marketing and engagement data to identify trends and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Manage marketing data quality through cleansing, standardization, and governance activities.
- Build audience segments and customer journeys to support personalization efforts.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Design and maintain AI agents to improve marketing operations, content generation, and team productivity.
- Evaluate and implement emerging digital technologies and automation tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Digital teams on business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Digital Product, AI, or related fields.
- Understanding of data analysis principles.
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in developing AI agents or copilot solutions.
- Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Model: Hybrid. You will work onsite at least 3 days per week (Monday to Thursday) with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Compensation: $19 to $25 per hour.
- Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
