About the role#
The Customer Care Advocacy Summer Internship is a full-time, 11-week paid program at our headquarters in Milwaukee. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that support our Customer Care, Marketing, and Training functions. This role is designed to build your functional expertise and business knowledge through collaboration with our global teams.
What you'll do#
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer care data using Power BI.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase process efficiency.
- Assist with customer inquiries and case resolution across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Prepare and present project updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with company goals.
- Participate in training sessions to build your communication and project management skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and take direction well.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities.
- A self-starter mindset and a desire to contribute to a thriving work culture.
- Previous experience in customer service or project management is a plus, as is experience with Power BI.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Term: June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work onsite at least 3 days per week (Monday through Thursday) with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Employment: Full-time.
