About the role#
The Commercial Excellence, Training and Enablement internship is a full-time, 11-week program based at our headquarters in Milwaukee. You will work with the Industrial Powertrain Solutions team to support front-line business functions. This role focuses on how we provide our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and tools to guide customers through purchasing decisions. You will be paired with a mentor and participate in networking events with team members and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support sales enablement tools and initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional support to the Commercial Excellence team, including work with analytics, CRM, and pricing.
- Assist with training programs designed for customer and associate development.
- Partner with Sales and the SEAL program to address specific training needs.
- Maintain tools and technologies that improve the sales process.
- Gather and analyze sales feedback to improve tool efficiency.
- Contribute to digital demand creation campaigns.
- Support channel programs and gain experience in B2B marketing.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business.
- Junior or Senior academic status as of Fall 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with Office365 is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work onsite at least 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days.
- Employment: This is a paid, full-time internship. We do not provide sponsorship for work authorization.
