About the role#
The Wealth Management Intern role is a part-time, paid position based in Austin, Texas. This internship is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. The role is on-site and scheduled for the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Manage office communications by answering the telephone, taking messages, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Coordinate staff schedules, including maintaining vacation calendars and tracking the master schedule of staff whereabouts.
- Support documentation efforts by typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Ensure organizational policy and procedure manuals are kept current and accurate.
What you'll need#
- Strong office administration and calendar management skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and office software.
- High attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
