Manager Credit Structures Intern, Private Banking

About the role#

As a Manager Credit Structures Intern, you will provide credit expertise and innovative solutions to Private Banking clients. You will manage credit relationships and work across the organization to connect clients with appropriate financial solutions and capabilities.

What you'll do#

• Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct deep-discovery conversations to understand client credit needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate, comprehensive credit proposals supported by thorough due diligence and financial statement analysis.
• Lead client discussions regarding mortgage renewals and manage credit renewals to ensure all files are submitted within deadlines.

What you'll need#

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting for personal or business clients.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements.
• Superior client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit risk procedures, and standards is an asset.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients or in Commercial and Capital Markets is preferred.
