About the role#
This position focuses on professional relationship management and the delivery of financial advice within commercial financial services. You will work in an end-to-end industry environment that aligns sales, products, risk policy, and market strategies to provide tailored solutions for client needs. This is a senior-level internship requiring experience in financial analysis, credit, and client acquisition.
What you'll do#
- Apply business development experience to prospect and generate leads for new and existing clients.
- Manage portfolios and mitigate risk by reviewing financial statements, identifying trends, and assessing credit restructuring.
- Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice.
- Identify referral opportunities and coordinate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute client contact strategies.
- Advocate for digital enablement by educating clients on the use of mobile applications and digital banking tools.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial banking experience.
- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong credit skills, including risk assessment, financial analysis, and credit structuring.
- Experience with emerging communication technologies, including web-based meetings and digital banking platforms.
- Specialized industry expertise in areas such as real estate, healthcare, or agriculture is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered an asset.
- A university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
