About the role#
As a Relationship Manager Business Markets Intern, you will establish and grow long-term relationships with new and existing small business clients. You will support clients through holistic advice regarding their business and personal financial needs, while partnering with specialists across the organization to help achieve market objectives.
What you'll do#
- Drive business sales volume and identify opportunities for both business and personal financial solutions.
- Generate referrals and sales results while maintaining superior client care.
- Build internal and external networks, implementing effective prospecting strategies to attract new business.
- Lead in risk management by exercising due diligence, following banking procedures, and developing action plans to address risks.
- Deliver value-added financial advice and apply a continuous improvement approach to ensure a positive client experience.
- Visit clients on-site to gain a thorough understanding of their business objectives and operations.
What you'll need#
- Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and acquire new clients.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills, including the ability to build and leverage networks within the local business community.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
