Commercial Banking Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Commercial Banking Advisor Intern, you will join a results-oriented team, serving as a key partner to Relationship Managers and their commercial clients. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for delivering superior experiences to business clients and those committed to continuous learning in a professional financial environment.

What you'll do#

• Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify, plan, and deliver solutions tailored to client operational requirements.
• Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by providing value-added service and meaningful advice.

What you'll need#

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.
• A proven track record of strong relationship management skills and sales success.
• Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
