Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank, focusing on client-centered service and problem-solving. This role involves maximizing client interactions by assisting with everyday banking needs, educating clients on digital tools, and collaborating with internal partners to help clients reach their financial goals.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and community to identify banking needs and referral opportunities.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and demonstrate how to use technology to manage their accounts.
• Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions and respond to their inquiries.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to support business opportunities.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated passion for prioritizing client needs and success in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
• Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• A proven track record in building rapport within the financial or service industry is an asset.
• Students or graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
