Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will act as an ambassador for the bank, focusing on everyday banking needs and client-focused problem solving. This role involves maximizing client interactions by providing education, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs and identify referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and digital demonstration to improve the client experience.
• Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and a track record in building rapport.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
• Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
• Ability to work all business hours.
• Mutual Funds accreditation is considered an asset.
