Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will act as an ambassador within our branches, focusing on delivering exceptional service and finding solutions for individual client needs. This role is designed for individuals who are self-motivated, eager to learn financial concepts, and interested in building a career as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients to deliver an outstanding service experience through transactions and advice.
• Identify opportunities to offer solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on digital capabilities to enhance their experience.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as a cohesive team.
• Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls.

What you'll need#

• Fluency in both French and English.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
• Strong drive, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Willingness to learn financial concepts and obtain necessary certifications such as the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Pursuing or holding a background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
