About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank, focusing on client-centered interactions and problem-solving. This role involves assisting clients with everyday banking needs, educating them on digital tools, and collaborating with internal partners to help clients reach their financial goals. This is a paid, part-time internship opportunity for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch to uncover banking needs and provide advice.
- Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.
- Focus on client education by demonstrating how to use digital banking and other technology.
- Listen to and engage with clients to understand their individual needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Adaptability and a focus on client centricity.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
