Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

This position focuses on providing client-centered service and problem-solving within the branch. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with their everyday banking needs, demonstrating digital banking tools, and collaborating with internal partners to support client financial goals.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs and referral opportunities.
• Educate clients on banking technology and services to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities.

What you'll need#

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn.
• Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Ability to work all business hours.
• Preferred: A track record of building client rapport in the financial or service industry, or Mutual Funds accreditation.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
