Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

This summer internship position focuses on client-centered service and problem-solving within a banking environment. As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to connect them with specialists to help them achieve their financial goals.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and the community to uncover banking needs and provide advice.
• Focus on client education by demonstrating digital banking tools and technology to improve the client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs and take ownership of resolving banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to facilitate referrals and business opportunities.

What you'll need#

• A demonstrated passion for putting clients first and a background in sales or service environments.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Communications.
