Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador within our branches, focusing on delivering exceptional service and finding solutions for client needs. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in banking, with the potential to transition into future roles such as Account Manager or Banking Advisor.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver an outstanding service experience.
• Leverage technology to demonstrate digital capabilities and provide memorable client interactions.
• Contribute to team results by identifying opportunities to offer advice, introduce clients to partners, or fulfill solutions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as a unified team.
• Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines and processes while completing transactions.

What you'll need#

• Strong goal-orientation with a passion for client service.
• High level of drive, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Eagerness to learn, determination to succeed, and the ability to grasp financial concepts.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Preference for candidates pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
