About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank, focusing on client-centered sales and problem-solving. This role involves maximizing client interactions by providing support for everyday banking, identifying referral opportunities, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will work in a collaborative environment where you contribute to creating meaningful client experiences.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and community to uncover banking needs and provide advice.
- Focus on client education and technology demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
- Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions and respond to client-initiated requests.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and a track record of success in target-driven sales environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn.
- Digital literacy across various devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to work all business hours.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
