About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered service and problem-solving within a branch environment. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients manage their everyday banking needs and collaborating with partners to support client goals. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover referral opportunities.
- Educate clients on banking services, including digital tools, to improve their experience and drive business.
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a variety of financial transactions.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their individual financial needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A demonstrated passion for prioritizing client needs and success in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and personal integrity.
- Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- A proven track record in building rapport with clients.
- Preference is given to candidates with an interest in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or Psychology.
