Client Advisor Intern

About the role#

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will act as an ambassador for the bank, focusing on client-centered service and problem-solving. This role involves maximizing client interactions by assisting with everyday banking needs, educating clients on digital tools, and collaborating with internal partners to help clients reach their financial goals.

What you'll do#

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs and provide advice.
• Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
• Educate clients on digital banking technology to improve their experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to identify business and referral opportunities.

What you'll need#

• A demonstrated passion for putting clients first and a track record of building strong relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Digital literacy across a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to personal ethics.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
