About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered service and problem-solving within a branch environment. As an intern, you will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with their everyday banking needs and collaborating with internal partners to support client goals. You will contribute to the client experience by providing education on digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and managing financial transactions.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and community to identify banking needs and referral opportunities.
- Educate clients on financial services and demonstrate how to use digital banking technology.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs and resolve banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A demonstrated passion for prioritizing client needs.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Digital literacy across various devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to work all business hours.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
